Stacey A. Carroll

Director of Human Resources and Employee Engagement

Stacey is a graduate of Christopher Newport University and received her Masters Degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennsylvania State University.  For eight years she served in various human resources capacities at Christopher Newport University, her last being Assistant Director of Human Resources.  

Stacey is passionate about our best assets, our people. She handles all human resource functions for all Cornerstone properties including payroll, team benefit administration, team engagement programs and implementation of Best Practices for Human Resources throughout the company.  Her expertise and leadership will be used to further develop our service culture and ensure that it is carried through our properties.  At our core, we are a service and people oriented business.  In addition to the core human resource functions, Stacey provides programming for all members of our team to grow in their profession and feel their value as a part of our Cornerstone Hospitality family.
