With over 20 years of hospitality expertise, Bobbie has built a career defined by her mastery of service, consistent revenue growth, and a passion for fostering the professional development of those around her. Her journey began in Southeast Virginia as a Director of Catering and Conference Services, eventually leading to high-impact leadership roles such as Director of Sales and Marketing for a Hilton on the Crystal Coast and Senior Director of Sales overseeing 10 oceanfront hotels on the Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach. Throughout her career, she has driven success across a diverse range of properties, including both branded and independent hotels in the full-service and select-service sectors. As a Regional Director of Sales, Bobbie has balanced her talent for increasing market share with a sophisticated skill set in multi-property oversight, specifically managing several oceanfront properties in Virginia Beach and Corolla. While she spent several years as a Taskforce Specialist revitalizing underperforming assets in major markets like Washington D.C., New York City, Santa Monica, Atlanta, New Orleans, Columbus, Tallahassee, and Sarasota, she has always found her greatest fulfillment in team building and mentoring her associates into successful leadership positions. Now returned to her roots in Southeast Virginia, Bobbie is grateful for the opportunity to share her extensive expertise as Cornerstone Hospitality’s Regional Director of Sales – Select & Limited-Service Cluster, East Coast while focusing on the joy of reconnecting with her family and her grandson.
